About Me
Hi, I’m Ansley! I am an LPC-Associate supervised by Christine Etheridge, MS, LPC-S.
I am the founder of Hole Hearted Healing, and I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you. I’m not here to fix you, diagnose you into a corner, or expect you to “move on” from your pain. I’m here to sit with the pieces. The ones that hurt, the ones you hide, the ones you’ve tried to patch over. Together, we’ll learn how to hold them with gentleness, humor, and truth.
I became a counselor because I believe healing is possible, even when you feel broken. Even when you’re carrying grief, trauma, or shame that no one else seems to see. I work with individuals navigating relational trauma, anxiety, identity shifts, and that aching feeling that you’re not enough.
In session, I blend person-centered warmth with trauma-informed tools including nervous system education, boundaries work, attachment repair, and practical coping skills so you leave feeling seen and equipped.
If you’re ready to show up just as you are, I’m ready to hold space for you.

I work with adults who are navigating trauma, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, ADHD, or the quiet ache of feeling “not enough.” Most of the people who come to me are carrying invisible wounds—stories they’ve held alone for far too long, or parts of themselves they’ve learned to hide to survive.
I specialize in supporting:
Those who struggle with nervous system dysregulation or chronic stress
Adults who identify as highly empathetic or sensitive
Individuals recovering from childhood trauma or difficult family dynamics
Survivors of trauma and sexual abuse
People navigating burnout, shame, self-doubt, or perfectionism
Adults with ADHD who need compassionate, structured support
Anyone who feels like they’re “too much,” “not enough,” or somewhere in between
If you’re looking for a therapist who meets you with warmth, steadiness, and zero judgment, you’re in the right place.

Individual Counseling
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, trauma, heartbreak, or just the weight of daily life, I offer a space where your pain has room to breathe.
I meet you where you are; no toxic positivity, no pretending you’re fine. Just presence, compassion, and practical tools to help you feel safe in your own story again.
Trauma-Informed
I practice from a place that honors your lived experience. I don’t expect you to “get over it.” Instead, we focus on grounding, emotional safety, nervous system regulation, and rewriting inner narratives. My job isn’t to fix you — it’s to help you reclaim yourself.
My Approach
I provide compassionate, trauma-informed counseling for individuals who are carrying the weight of past experiences or the stress of everyday life. My work is gentle, grounding, and tailored to your unique pace and story.
My approach blends person-centered therapy with CBT, narrative therapy, psychodynamic insight, mindfulness, somatic and grounding practices, nervous system regulation, and parts work/IFS-informed strategies. Together, we work toward creating steadiness, safety, and space for healing to unfold.
