Client’s records will be maintained for 7 years past the date of termination for adults and 5 years past the 18th birthday for minors. Except in rare circumstances in which obtaining the record would cause risk of harm for clients or others, clients have the right to access these records. I charge $50 to release records/notes. To request a copy of records, clients may do so in writing by sending me an email or messaging me in the client portal.
